OVERVIEW
Tovu offers digital products including message packs and Pro subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
MESSAGE PACKS
Message packs (3, 10, or 25 unlocks) are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using your purchased unlocks, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and offer a resolution.
PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
EXCEPTIONS
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- You were charged but did not receive the service due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged twice for the same purchase
- Your account was fraudulently accessed and purchases were made without your consent
