Tovu (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Tovu mobile application. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To verify your identity via SMS OTP
- To show you anonymised nearby users on the map
- To process payments for message packs and Pro subscriptions
- To improve the app experience
LOCATION DATA
Your precise location is stored securely and never shared with other users directly. Nearby users see only a fuzzed (approximate) version of your location, offset by up to 150 metres, to protect your privacy.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Twilio (SMS verification)
- PayHere (payment processing)
DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
YOUR RIGHTS
