Welcome to Tovu. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to use Tovu. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

  1. ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. One account per person is allowed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

  1. PAYMENTS

Message packs and Pro subscriptions are processed securely via PayHere. All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Message Pack (3 unlocks): Rs. 290
  • Message Pack (10 unlocks): Rs. 790
  • Message Pack (25 unlocks): Rs. 1,490
  • Pro Subscription: Rs. 990/month

Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Return Policy.

  1. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use Tovu for harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Create fake or misleading profiles
  • Attempt to identify other users’ exact locations
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the app
  1. LOCATION DATA

Tovu uses your GPS location to show nearby users. Your exact location is never shared. All displayed locations are approximate, offset by up to 150 metres for privacy.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and code in Tovu is owned by Tovu and may not be reproduced without permission.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tovu is provided as-is. We are not responsible for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to failed connections, data loss, or interactions between users.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
